Return Process:
Please contact us at support@reneoraskincare.com to obtain authorization and return instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your product arrives damaged (e.g., cracked, broken, or unusable), please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reneoraskincare.com
Make sure to include photos or videos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging before opening, so we can assess the issue properly and resolve it quickly.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong address will not be refunded.
• For accepted returns, a flat $3.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of restocking the item in our inventory by our logistics partner.

        Note: Taxes, duties, and import fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error occurred with the order.

• Returns for defective or damaged products (reported with a photo within 48 hours) are exempt from this fee.

• Please note:

  • Minor dents, scratches, or scuff marks on the outer packaging caused by shipping are not considered product damage.

  • For makeup palettes, a light dusting around the pans is normal and does not qualify as damage.

• Customer Order Returns

  We do not accept returns for purchases made due to a change of mind.
  If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect shipping address or missed delivery, no refund will be issued
