These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your access to, navigation on, and use of our Site, as well as any purchases made through our online store. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

By applicable law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery to return your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

Certain products (opened cosmetics, personalized items, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Read our return policy.

Reneora cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or misuse of the products. The company is not responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.
